Further enhancing the brand identity, the interiors were also developed to allow tenants to personalize their apartment. Canary created two finish palettes for distinct looks, with additional customizable amenities such as accent paint colors, designer selected furniture kits, and artwork packages as available upgrades. Interior design and furnishing selection also extended to the model units, leasing office, and club house (game room, communal study lounge, BBQ grill) which underwent significant re-design efforts to align with new identity. From naming to signage, paint schemes to interior renovations, Canary played an important role in creating this new sense of place.
