Unit interiors were modified to include new kitchen cabinets and appliances, as well as new lighting, flooring, and wall finishes. A collection of unit amenities were designed to address unique characteristics of each plan, such as an entry bench/mudroom in the larger units or custom space-saving fold-down café table in the smaller unit kitchen. The leasing office and club house underwent a significant remodel to enhance the main entrance façade, as well as interior space plans, finishes, and furnishings. A comprehensive paint study was prepared across the property to incorporate the brand colors in unexpected combinations, while respecting the style of the existing architecture and surrounding environment. The strong integration of brand and collateral into the built environment resulted in a cohesive and memorable destination that strengthens the identity of the neighborhood.
