In addition to the logo, signage, marketing materials and web design, Canary was selected for interior design services to build upon the total brand experience. Understanding the location of the new building with limited mountain views, the interior design and finishes are an important aspect of the design in order to appeal to potential modern buyers. Three neutral schemes, each with their own unexpected moments, were developed in response to market demand research. Having recently completed the sales office experience, Canary is now working seamlessly with Gould Evans to integrate brand touchpoints and signage within the building.
